To buy or sell a watch through Selling Time, you must be atleast 18 years old and the legal owner of any watch you intend to sell. All information provided must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service.

3. Selling Process

Once you submit your watch details, we will provide avaluation based on the information and images supplied. If you accept ouroffer, you will be required to deliver your watch for inspection andauthentication. Upon inspection and verification, we will process your payment.If there are discrepancies between the submitted details and the physicalwatch, we may revise our offer or return the watch to you fully insured at nocost.

4. Buying Process

All watches sold by Selling Time are professionallyauthenticated. Availability is subject to change, and orders are confirmed onlyafter payment has been successfully processed. All sales are final, and returnsare not accepted for change of mind. A return will only be considered if thewatch arrives in a condition materially different from its described state atthe time of purchase .In such cases, the watch must be returned in its originalcondition, and an inspection will be conducted to verify the discrepancy anddetermine the appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer fully insured shipping Australia-wide. Estimateddelivery times vary based on location. If an item is lost or damaged intransit, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. If anitem is lost or damaged in transit, we will process a claim through theshipping insurance to compensate you accordingly and return you to youroriginal position.

10. Limitation of Liability

Selling Time is not responsible for any losses, damages, ordisputes arising from the use of our website or services. We are not liable forany content, products, or services offered by third-party websites linked fromour platform.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter through internal mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration and handled in accordance withAustralian law.

12. Amendments & Updates

Selling Time reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
