1. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before processing an order.
2. Payment Options
We accept payments via bank transfer. Cash payment can also be accepted for approved in-person transactions. All transactions must be fully cleared before an order is shipped or collected. Selling Time does not offer layby or financing at this time.
3. Shipping & Liability
We offer fully insured and trackable shipping within Australia. Delivery times vary based on location and courier services.International shipping is available upon request, with costs and insurance coverage determined on a case-by-case basis. We make every effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe. Selling Time is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once a watch has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the watch upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. While Selling Time is not liable for shipping delays, we will work with the relevant shipping providers to assist in resolving any issues where possible.
4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Returns will only be accepted if the watch received is materially different from its description at the time of purchase or if the watch is defective or damaged upon arrival. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
If you believe you are eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your watch. All return requests must be approved before shipping the watch back to us. Upon receipt, the watch will undergo inspection and authentication. If the claim is validated, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on our assessment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an error was made by Selling Time.
5. Authenticity Guarantee & Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every watch sold by Selling Time is guaranteed 100% authentic and has been thoroughly inspected by expert watchmakers. Selling Time does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. For any warranty claims or repairs, customers should refer directly to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before payment has beenprocessed. Once a transaction is finalized, cancellations are not permitted.
8. Amendments & Updates
Selling Time reserves the right to update this Sales Policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
